Mombodhi was founded by Kristen Boccumini to support the health, function and mind-body connection within an individual as a powerful assistant while navigating the dynamic transformation of childbirth. Enjoy live and virtual classes to awaken, or “enlighten,” this connection to the body’s intuitive wisdom and inherent inner strength through functional movement and yoga. Feel empowered on your own personal journey amongst a community of support all working to develop dynamic strength and function of the core.
