      <image:caption>I developed the MomBodhi approach from my background as Prenatal &amp; Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Prenatal Yoga Teacher, ERYT500, and LYT(R) Yoga Teacher with a Masters in Exercise Science &amp; Rehabilitation. I am a mother of 4 beautiful and crazy kiddos, so I’ve been there! Having experienced my own pregnancy aches and pains and postpartum surprises I became frustrated after being brushed off by doctors for having these “commonly normal” side effects that to me may be common but not “normal.” I wanted more answers for how to develop a strong dynamic body and heal conditions like diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction. Now I bring what I’ve learned, experienced, and developed to you through Mombodhi! I look forward to meeting and supporting you and your holistic health on your pregnancy and postpartum journey.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Pregnancy and birth changes things, but our body wants to heal, it wants to recover. It wants to find its way back home to an aligned, balanced, and strong center. Mombodhi was founded by Kristen Boccumini to support the health, function and mind-body connection within an individual as a powerful assistant while navigating the dynamic transformation of childbirth. Enjoy live and virtual classes to awaken, or “enlighten,” this connection to the body’s intuitive wisdom and inherent inner strength through functional movement and yoga. Feel empowered on your own personal journey amongst a community of support all working to develop dynamic strength and function of the core. It all begins with body awareness. In particular, how we breathe, how we hold ourselves, and how we move in daily life. Trust in your body’s ability to heal, and begin your personal journey of body re-awakening and enlightenment through intentional, functional movement. It is possible to return to a healthy, active and joyful life. Pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum is a beautiful and wild time of rapid physical adaptation with unexpected physical challenges, but there are ways to support abdominal and pelvic floor health throughout this ever-changing process!
